Master Combination Lockbox

This is a very easy to use combination lockbox. You just rotate the dials to the combination that you have preset the lock to. You then press down on that little black lever next to the dials and the gray key compartment opens up.

Once inside the key compartment, you can.

1. Change the combination to the lockbox to any 4 digit combination you choose.

2. Release the shackle (The Round Ring that attaches the lockbox to the door)

3. Add or remove additional keys.

Note: Master Combination Lockboxes can be accessed by individuals and agents that have obtained the combination by calling you, the owner. However, may times an agent may be driving through the neighborhood and want to show your home immediately. If they are unable to immediately reach you or they see that they have to call to get the combination (unlike using the I-box below) they may just move on to the next home on their list rather than put up with the inconvenience.

Supra Ibox Lockbox

This blue lockbox is an electronic key box used exclusively by real estate professionals and is a very secure way to allow those individuals access to your home.

The most common way for an agent to access your home is with their cell phone. They use the infrared sensor in their phone to beam information from the phone to the black sensor on the lockbox. The lockbox then releases the key compartment underneath so that the keys to your home can be accessed by the agent.

Also during this process, information is beamed from the phone to the lockbox. The lockbox receives digitally verified information from the phone identifying the name of the specific agent showing the home. This information is digitally and permanently stored in the lockbox. This way, the lockbox contains a detailed record of all agents that have shown your home!

Ibox lockboxes have many other features that can be preprogrammed into them, such as limited showing hours, call before showing codes, etc.

Note: The key compartment on I-boxes can only be accessed by real estate agents. If you want your home to be shown to individuals not represented by an agent, then the Master Combination Lockbox should also installed at the property in a nearby location such as on a secure iron railing.

We recommend using the Supra I-box on occupied homes and both a Master Combination Lockbox and Supra I-box on vacant properties
