Easy Home Purchase Program:  Step By Step Process

Step # 1:  Complete a Buyer Profile by Clicking Here. Once you complete a profile, we can immediately begin searching for properties that meet your needs.

Step # 2:  Meet with us for an initial appointment.  We will discuss with you your expectations in purchasing a home as well as your property requirements.  We will demonstrate how to use our Free MLS Search Tool to assist you in identifying properties for sale that meet your needs.  We will also discuss all of the steps to the home purchase process.  We can also review with you some initial properties we have located that may meet your needs.

Step # 3:  Get pre-approved for a mortgage with the lender of you choice.  With mortgage pre-approval initially being taken care of, the home search process becomes that much easier.  We will know exactly how much house you can qualify for as well as how much your monthly mortgage payments will be given a particular loan amount.  We can calculate your closing costs more accurately and it will assist us in making the best offer possible on the home you are choosing to purchase.  Most buyers actually choose their mortgage and lock in their rate before they even find their home!  If you are paying cash for your home, of course you can skip this step.

Step # 4:  Identify the homes you are interested in visiting by using our Free MLS Search Tool.  Just write down or save in the system the MLS numbers of the homes you are interested in viewing.  Then complete a buyer appointment request by Clicking Here or by giving us a call.  You can view all available HUD Home Listings by Clicking Here.  We will then schedule an appointment with you to view the homes of your choice.  We can then go out an visit all of the homes you are interested in viewing in one appointment.  Because our MLS search tool includes street addresses, maps, and multiple photos, and virtual tours, you can get a good look at many of the homes you are interested in purchasing before going out to see them.

Step # 5:  Let's make an appointment to show you some houses.  Once we have identified the specific homes that are to be visited, we can map out a route to view these homes in sequential order so that we can show you a maximum number of properties in a minimum amount of time!  You'll just love it!

Step # 6:  Let's make some offers!  Once we have indentified those specific properties in which you are interested in purchasing, we can then begin the process of making an offer.

Step # 7:  Close Quickly.  Since you have already been preapproved for that mortgage, all we will need to do is handle those traditional contingencies so that we can close quickly.  Examples include, ordering the appraisal for the property and conducting and negotiating the inspection of the property.
