♦ Seller or Buyer (whomever is our client) is fully represented throughout the entire sales process. We negotiate with Buyer's and Sellers for you and on your behalf
♦ We negotiate any inspection of the property for you and on your behalf
♦ We assist in coordinating the closing with all parties involved in the transaction
♦ We provide all parties to the transaction with access to current contracts, forms, documents, and disclosures as needed to facilitate the transaction.
♦ We provide referral services to various real estate professionals (mortgage brokers and lenders, appraisers, home inspectors, termite inspectors, contractors, etc.) on an as needed basis.
♦ We can handle and account for any earnest money received in regards to the transaction.
♦ What Does it Cost Me to be Represented in a For Sale By Owner Transaction?
The cost to be represented in a For Sale By Owner transaction weather you are a buyer or a seller is 1% of the sales price of the property payable at closing, with a minimum commission of $1000. This fee is payable to Georgia Choice Realty at closing by the client in which we represent (either the buyer or the seller).
