FMLS (First Multiple Listing Service)FMLS is a multiple listing service for homes located primarily in the northern sections of Metro Atlanta. However, in recent years, the territory covered by FMLS has grown to expand to southern parts of the city. FMLS membership rules require Georgia Choice Realty to list all homes located in specific Georgia counties into their MLS system. FMLS mandatory counties as of February 1, 2008 include Barrow, Bartow, Cherokee, Cobb, Dawson, Dekalb, Douglas, Forsyth, Fulton, Gordon, Gwinnett, Hall, Jackson, Lumpkin, Paulding, Pickens, and Walton. We list all of our homes in FMLS. |

GAMLS (Georgia Multiple Listing Service)
GAMLS is a listing service for homes located in the southern sections of Metro Atlanta Area. However, much of the territory served by GAMLS has expanded to cover all sections of metro Atlanta. It also receives many listings statewide. Therefore, we place all of our listings on GAMLS! |
