By default, with The $500 Listing, The Silver Choice 2% Listing, and The Georgia Choice 3% Listing, Georgia Choice Realty takes calls from buyers and buyers agents and refers them directly to you for home showings. You agree to show the property to all buyers not represented by an agent for the duration of the listing agreement. However, at anytime during the listing period, you elect to have Georgia Choice Realty to conduct home showings to buyers not represented by an agent. If you do make this election, and the home is shown to the buyer by Georgia Choice Realty, you agree to pay Georgia Choice Realty the 3% selling commission for acting as the showing agent, just as you would to any other selling broker / buyers agent at closing.
